Overall, the perfect start to a perfectly Minnesotan day.
Every time I have a guest in in from out of town this is the place that I take them. Their eyes light up when we walk in and their taste buds start to salivate with the smell!
The roll was excellent…it could be worthy of an 11/10
Every weekday around noon one of the Bun’s skilled bakers throws together an abstract painting of a pizza, compiled of whatever produce is lying around. If they sell out before 12:30, they’ll bake another.
And the buns, OH MY. The dog tails. Also, OH MY. The frosting. CAN WE TALK ABOUT THE FROSTING? In tub. To help yourself. One of my favorite little places in all of uptown.
It’s sweet enough to make me smile, but not too sweet to make me concerned about not having dental insurance.
This hidden gem has the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever tasted.
